About the Character – Bo-Katan Kryze

Bo-Katan Kryze is one of the figures the most complex and important in the Mandalorian universe of Star Wars. The younger sister of Duchess Satine, she chose the path of arms where her sister advocated peace, joining the Death Watchbefore becoming a fierce resistance fighter against the Empire.

An elite combatant and natural leader, she participated in two major galactic conflicts—the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War—and was the first woman to hold the title of Mand'alor, legendary wielder of the Dark Sabre, the symbolic weapon of Mandalorian command.

In The Mandalorian, she becomes a crucial ally of Din Djarin in Season 2, and then plays a pivotal role in Season 3 by uniting the Mandalorian people and retaking the planet Mandalore from Moff Gideon.
